Impression Kit

You will promptly receive a Complete Order Kit to take your foot measurements. Each Kit consists of:

1) Two impression foam trays
2) Two moisture sensitive print papers (a simple,
advanced, extremely effective unit for sizing)
3) Illustrated step by step instructions
4) A personal Data Sheet.

Upon receiving your Kit, simply follow the Step by Step instructions, take an imprint of your feet, answer the questions on your personal Data Sheet and mail them back to Complete Family-Med Orthotics.
You will promptly receive a complete foot analysis via email

When you send us your completed kit, your credit card will be debited the balance. The Orthotics are then custom fit to your specific requirements and returned to you on a PRIORITY BASIS!
